My stay was quite a mixed bag. The location was fantastic and the staff brought a lot of warmth to our New Year's Eve. However, getting to the hostel was a bit off-putting as it was in a shabby alley. The service was good overall, but a laundry mishap left me a little disappointed. The rooms were decent and comfortable, but the lack of a lift was a struggle. All in all, a memorable experience with some hitches.
